Reproductions and Copyright Policy for Users
The Marsh Collection Society will provide reproductions of materials in accordance with the Fair Dealing provisions of the Copyright Act. Single copies of materials may be provided for the purposes of research, private study, or education.
Researchers may request copies from staff, or obtain an image of the material using personal devices.
For reproduction purposes not permitted under fair dealing, such as publication and commercial use, the researcher must provide proof of written permission from the copyright holder before a copy is made.
The burden of determining copyright status and obtaining permissions falls on the researcher. The researcher bears full responsibility for their use of copied materials, including any infringing uses.
